Beans are guaranteed fresh and always within 2 weeks from roast date. To ensure you make the most out of your beans, it is best to consume around 1-2 weeks after the roast date to allow the coffee beans to degas and fully develop its flavor. Roast date is stamped at the bottom of every bag.

Tried this with an Americano and was pleasantly surprised by how light and flavorful it was!
I randomly found their website while trying to skim through roasters and decided to risk it and try their ground coffee and I was blown away. The flavor profiles were definitely spot on, exactly as how they described it, everytime I would take a sip I would taste delightful notes of dried fruits and hints of citrus which I am a sucker for!
The aroma was also nice, the moment I opened the paper bag my entire apartment was filled with the most amazing coffee aroma!
My experience with Allo customer service was also nice because I had problems with the grind size and wasn't sure what would work best for my espresso machine so I reached out to them for help and they were super friendly and guided me to the perfect grind size for my machine.
Overall, Allo Coffee Roasters ground coffee has won me over! As a person who loves coffee so much they have truly elevated my love for coffee and my mornings (and night lol) have been extra special because of the coffee they offer! :)
