Beans are guaranteed fresh and always within 2 weeks from roast date. To ensure you make the most out of your beans, it is best to consume around 1-2 weeks after the roast date to allow the coffee beans to degas and fully develop its flavor. Roast date is stamped at the bottom of every bag.
