V60/Filter Brew Guide
Grind Size: Medium
Coffee-to-Water Ratio: 1g coffee : 12.5ml water
Water Temperature: 95°C
Total Brew Time: ~3:00 minutes
Brewing Steps:
1. Bloom (0:00) – Pour 50ml of water, ensuring all coffee grounds are saturated. Let it bloom for 50 seconds to release gases.
2. First Pour (0:50) – Add 70ml of water in a slow, circular motion.
3. Second Pour (1:30) – Pour another 70ml of water.
4. Final Pour (2:00) – Slowly add the last 60ml of water.
5. Swirl – After the final pour, gently swirl the V60 to level the coffee bed for an even extraction.
6. Total Brew Time: The drawdown should complete by 3:00 minutes.
Beans are guaranteed fresh and always within 2 weeks from roast date. To ensure you make the most out of your beans, it is best to consume around 1-2 weeks after the roast date to allow the coffee beans to degas and fully develop its flavor.
