Beans are guaranteed fresh and always within 2 weeks from roast date. To ensure you make the most out of your beans, it is best to consume around 1-2 weeks after the roast date to allow the coffee beans to degas and fully develop its flavor. Roast date is stamped at the bottom of every bag.

Roast date is 4 days old, which is really good. Enjoyed it as espresso for latte and long black, the long black takes it away as it really brought out the flavor and notes.
It's my current favorite. I gave one to a relative who resides in Japan. My relative also likes it.
