Roast Date's are stamped at the bottom of every bag and are guaranteed fresh, always within 2 weeks from roast date.

To ensure you make the most out of your beans, it's best to consume around 1-2 weeks after the roast date to allow the coffee beans to degas and fully develop its flavor.

Please keep the beans in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Why? I'm so glad you asked.

Roasted beans are very sensitive to light, heat, air, and moisture. Sunlight heats up the beans which speed up oxidation, that breaks down the oils and aromatic compounds that give coffee its complex flavor.

But even if they're not in direct sun, storing beans in a warm area speeds up outgassing and aging. This leads to flat, stale, or bitter brews.
